Policies

At DIVE, we believe God requires us to create fair and honest policies that honor Him.  We also believe God requires us to be fair and apply the policies equally to everyone.  While we will do everything we can to help you, we cannot violate these policies.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.  We are here to serve you!  

Refunds
Opened CDs cannot be refunded.  Books in new condition and UNOPENED CDs may be returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged as the return process is much more difficult. Products cannot be refunded after 180 days.  Please complete the Refund Authorization Form. 

Exchanges  
Opened CDs cannot be exchanged.  Books in new condition and UNOPENED CDs may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase.  After 90 days a 20% restocking fee will apply to exchanges that require a refund. Products cannot be exchanged after 180 days.  Please complete the Exchange Request Form. 

Replacement CD Program  We offer replacement CDs to original purchasers for Win/Mac Version and Win/Mac SF2 Version CDs. Please complete the Replacement CD Form.

Privacy Policy  We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Shipping  
All orders ship the following business day. We ship via USPS and UPS.  All orders are insured and have tracking numbers.  A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.  

Damaged Items  
SAVE THE PACKAGING!!! If an item that was shipped UPS arrives damaged, please contact UPS within 3 days to file a claim.  UPS will then contact us and we will reship your products.  If an item that was shipped USPS arrives damaged, please contact us directly.  As stated above, you must save the box and or any packaging that was in the damaged shipment or you will not be able to file a claim.  

Used CDs  
All DIVE CDs are copyrighted and contain an End User License Agreement which states you have purchased a license to use the intellectual property for your immediate family. This license is non-transferable which means the DIVE CDs cannot be sold, loaned, or given away. This is important for many reasons but most importantly it allows us to serve you better by permitting us to offer the Replacement CD Program described above and it helps protect homeschooling families from purchasing used CDs that are damaged.  At only 41 cents per lecture, we hope you agree our CDs are a great value, without reselling!

Copying CDs
Because we don't allow reselling, we do allow families to make copies of their DIVE CDs.  We recommend you make a copy of your CD for your children to use and put the original in a cool, dry place.  If the copy becomes damaged, you can make another copy from the original.  

Missions Program 
If you would like to send us your used DIVE CDs when you are finished with them, we will put them in our Missions Program. This program donates DIVE CDs to ministries such as School of the Medes, a Classical Christian School in Iraq. Send your used DIVE CDs to:
