Recently Lost Audio?

If you have recently lost audio on your DIVE CD, the problem is a bug in the latest QuickTime 7.3 update. Currently the only way to remedy the problem is to completely uninstall QuickTime 7.3 and reinstall QuickTime 7.2.  Please click the links below and then follow the instructions for your computer’s operating system. This process should take about ten minutes.

Installation Instructions

All Win/Mac version DIVE disks require Apple's QuickTime Player.  Click on your operating system below for step by step instructions. 

1. Windows 2000, XP, and Vista CLICK HERE for QuickTime 7.2 Installation Instructions

2. Window 98 and ME CLICK HERE for QuickTime 6.5.2 Installation Instructions.

3. Mac Users CLICK HERE for MPlayer Installation Instructions.

If “R1” or "Windows Version R1” is printed on the right hand side under Disc A or on the bottom under Genesis Science, Inc., Click Here

If “Windows Version” is printed on the right hand side under Disc A or there is no version printed there, Click Here
