About
The SF2
version contains Flash files that open in our custom player. The player and
all of the lessons open from the CD, so you do not have to install
anything!
Screen
Resolution
We
recommend a screen resolution of 1280x800 or larger to be able to see the
entire lesson clearly. The exact settings will vary according to your
monitor’s size and shape. Because it can vary, please consult your
computers manual for detailed instructions on how to adjust this.
Windows
Instructions
If the
Autoplay window pops up, choose “Run CD_Start.exe” to launch the main menu.
You can also launch the main menu by double clicking your CD drive in “My
Computer” or “Computer”. Once the main menu open, click the “Instructions”
button, and enjoy! Be sure to watch the Introductory Lesson with your child
before viewing any of the lessons.

Lessons
After
opening the CD, double click the file that has the title of the CD followed
by “SF2”. For example it might say “Math 87 3rd SF2”. This will
open a new window that has an index of all the lessons on the left, and a
player with the selected lesson on the right. Click a lesson from the index,
then press the play button in the bottom left corner of the player to
start the lesson. You can use the slider bar at the bottom to fast forward,
or rewind the lesson as needed.
Investigations
If
your title has Investigations (Math 54 - Math 87) then you can open the
Investigations folder and double click the Investigations__SF2 file to open
the accompanying lessons.
Syllabus and End User License Agreement
Both of
these can be found in the documents folder
CLEP
Professor
If you
have a CLEP Professor CD that contains additional tests, in any folder that
does not contain an SF2 file, open the one that ends with .html. These
files will open up in your web browser.

In order
to receive important software updates you must register your DIVE CD. This
information will be kept confidential and will never be used to solicit. To
register send an email to
service@diveintomath.com with your name, phone number, email address,
the title and edition, and version of the CD, date of purchase, and the name
of the company from whom the CD was purchased.
