1. Print
these instructions before starting the process.
2. Close
down all open applications or programs you may have running except for this
window and your internet service.
3. Click on
this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
4. Scroll
about halfway down the page then click on "Download Windows Installer
CleanUp Utility Package".
5. Click
Run >Run or Yes > Next.
6. Accept
the License Agreement then click Next >Next > Finish
7. Close
down the web browser and your email.
8. Click
on Start > Programs > Windows Install CleanUp Utiltiy
9. A box
will pop up. Click on QuickTime to highlight the row then click Remove at
the bottom of the box.
10. Click
OK or Yes if asked if you really want to remove QuickTime.
11. Close
down the Install CleanUp box.
12. Print
and follow the attached instructions to install QuickTime 7.4
